HOW IT WORKS

Simple from purchase to support.

Your device, order and IMEI are linked to your WHYTE purchase records so support can be matched to the correct device.

01

Buy from WHYTE

Your purchase creates the WHYTE order record for your device.

02

IMEI is linked

Your device IMEI is recorded against the relevant order once the device is assigned.

03

Keep your documents

Your WHYTE invoice and warranty certificate help identify the purchase and covered device.

04

Contact us if needed

If a fault develops, contact WHYTE and we will guide you through the assessment process.

COVERAGE

What is — and is not — covered.

Warranty protection is intended for eligible faults and defects arising during normal use. Accidental or external damage is treated differently.

Normally covered

Manufacturing defects

Eligible faults in materials or workmanship arising during normal use.

Hardware faults

Eligible hardware failures that are not caused by accidental or external damage.

Faults affecting normal use

Qualifying issues that prevent the device from operating as it should.

×

Normally not covered

Accidental damage

Drops, impacts, cracked screens or damage caused by an accident.

Liquid or moisture damage

Damage caused by liquid or moisture unless the specific circumstances are covered by applicable rights.

Misuse or unauthorised repair

Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, modification or unauthorised intervention.

Loss or theft

Warranty protection is not an insurance policy and does not cover loss or theft.

Every claim is assessed individually. The exact remedy depends on the fault, device condition and applicable consumer rights.

QUESTIONS

Warranty, without the confusion.

How long is the WHYTE warranty?

Eligible WHYTE devices include 24-month warranty protection. Your statutory consumer rights remain separate and are not reduced by the warranty.

Where can I find my IMEI?

Your device IMEI can be found in your device settings and may also be recorded against your WHYTE order once the device has been assigned.

Do I need my invoice?

Keep your WHYTE invoice and warranty certificate as proof of purchase. Your order number also helps us locate the correct purchase record.

Does the warranty cover a cracked screen?

Accidental physical damage such as a cracked screen is normally outside warranty coverage unless another applicable legal right or separate protection applies.

What happens after I contact WHYTE?

We first identify the order and device, review the reported issue and, where needed, arrange an inspection or provide the next instructions for the claim.
